HP Sucks!!!!!!!!

I just got off the phone from HP. I wanted to find some additional information about Manufacturer Part# Q1522B which is a StorageWorks DAT72 SCSI Series Tape Drive. I was redirected and redirected. The last real person I spoke to said that I would be redirected to a real person not a menu. He was wrong. HP's menu system is extremely frustrating! They even have a quasi voice recognition system. But no help if you want to ask a question before you buy a tape drive. I was bounced from 800-752-0900 to 800-637-7740 to 800-227-8164
